Selamix Impermeabilizantes Ltda, located in the municipality of Schroeder, in the northeast of the State of Santa Catarina, between the municipalities of Joinville and Jaraguá do Sul, started its activities, with the manufacture of the waterproofing SELAMIX, in gray and white colors, operating in a regionalized market. . With the passage of time and the consequent growth, there was an expansion of the product line. There was then the need for a division of the product line. Waterproofing products: flexible, semi-flexible, rigid and sealants. Special cement-based technical mortars for decoration with a high degree of resistance and durability, innovating the traditional culture of the market.

In this way, the company’s product mix was considerably increased, always with the aim of helping to solve problems found in the market, always aiming at product quality, impermeability, resistance and durability of the manufactured products. The company’s objective is always to find definitive solutions for the pathologies of the works and satisfaction of its customers.

WHAT IS SELAMIX?

Selamix can be applied to any masonry surface that does not present structural or cracking problems. Selamix can be applied to water tanks made of bricks, masonry, concrete blocks, stone, fiber cement water tanks, single-storey masonry pools, single-storey or aerial planters, etc.

WHAT IS ELIMINETRINCA?

Eliminetrinca is an elastic, one-component, thixotropic, high performance, internally plasticized sealant with a high elastomer content. Polymerizes in contact with air. Eliminetrinca is a ready-to-use product, it should not be mixed or diluted with any other product.

WHAT IS ISOLAJE?

Isolaje is a semi-flexible, two-component (A+B) waterproofing coating, developed to treat masonry, concrete and mortar surfaces free of lime and without any waterproofing additive.

WHAT IS SANFLEX?

Sanflex is a flexible waterproofing product, developed for masonry surfaces. It has excellent adhesion to cementitious substrates, accompanying eventual movements, and can receive coatings, such as rubberized paints and subfloor.
