Characteristics

ADITIVO REBOCO R-321 was developed to replace lime and other additives used in the preparation of plaster mass, laying mass and subfloor.

It has a water-repellent property, with high adhesion power, increasing resistance, improving workability and practically eliminating retraction cracks in the plaster.

Use

It is indicated for plastering, laying and screeding putties.

Composition

Mineral fillers and special additives.

Performance

The yield of ADITIVO REBOCO R-321 is 1 kg per bag of cement in a ratio of 1:3 (cement x sand).

Storage

It must be kept at room temperature, in a dry and ventilated place, on pallets.

Shelf life

In its original undamaged packaging, it is valid for 24 months.

Packaging

The product is marketed in packages of 1 kg and 5 kg.

Product preparation

Prepare the mix in a concrete mixer first adding water (90% of the total required).

Add the ADITIVO REBOCO R-321 together with the water. Then put the cement and after adding the sand, letting it beat for 5 minutes, adding water until the desired point is obtained.

In case of using very fine sand, increase the proportion of cement, which can reach 1:2 (cement x sand).

Do not exceed the additive dosage as indicated in the table.

Do not add any other type of additive.

Application

Apply the prepared mass normally, according to the traditional method of application.
